Shipping policy

SHIBUI MOUNTAIN LLC ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to locations within the United States only.  Please note that we are unable to ship to APO addresses.

Orders are processed within 5 business days. Typical shipping takes 5-7 business days, however shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Most items ship together, but some items may ship separately. If you receive a partial shipment, check your order status to see the expected shipping date for the remaining items.
