Shipping policy

Shibui Mountain LLC ships via multiple carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others to locations within the United States.  Please note that we are unable to ship to APO addresses.

Orders are processed within five business days. Typically, standard US shipping takes 5-7 days. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.  We also offer express two-day shipping.

Most items ship together, but some items may ship separately. If you receive a partial shipment, check your order status to see the expected shipping date for the remaining items.
